Hi, I'm Leland Washington, with Washington's Movers LLC. I've been in the industry for nearly a decade and am here to raise the standard in the way moving is done; not only just in quality of work, but in customer service and standards that I feel should've been put in place years ago. I believe that moving people should be considered more than just a physical labor job and should be viewed more as a customer service industry. Here at Washingtons Movers, we realize that moving is one of the most stressful things that someone can go through, and want to raise the bar and make the whole experience easy and stress free on not only you the customer, but the employees as well, by setting them up with the tools they need to get the job done with no problems. I always guarantee that the lead on each one of my jobs has at least two years of experience. I always believed that that is what it takes for a mover to really understand what to do in any situation they are thrown in.  We like to think of this job as not only an art form, but as a skilled labor industry, and we want to provide the best employees so we can say that we are skilled, and that we actually care.

         We also understand there are a lot of moving companies out there, but we want you to know that we consider ourselves to be the best for a reason. We want you to know that we are fully insured and UTC registered. There are plenty of moving companies that are not legal, and we want to let you know that even if you don't choose us, that we want to detour you from unregistered companies because of all of the horror stories that we hear from our customers. It might be cheaper, and seem like a good deal, but if you value your possessions you should be warned that if something happens, they will not have the insurance to cover things. Also, if we are booked out, we will have a few companies that we can suggest out to you, we don't want you going to the wrong place, and we definitely have a list of companies that aren't just legal, but that we trust as well.
